IndiDecoder class final Protocol
A StreamTransformer that turns INDI wire bytes into IndiCommands.
Malformed commands are emitted as IndiProtocolException errors on the
output stream; listen with cancelOnError: false (the default) to keep
receiving the commands that follow.
