CallPermissionResult class
权限请求结果 音视频通话权限请求的结果封装。
由 CallPermissionUtil.requestCallPermissions 返回，用于让调用方 在“启动 RTC 引擎之前”决定是放行、提示重试，还是引导用户去系统设置。
设计原则：本对象只承载“申请层面的信号”，不代表底层采集一定成功。
国产 ROM 存在状态回报不准确的可能，因此 granted == true 时应放行
启动 RTC，但最终是否可用仍需由 RTC 引擎的采集回调来裁定。
