toString method

String toString()
override

A string representation of this object.

Some classes have a default textual representation, often paired with a static parse function (like int.parse). These classes will provide the textual representation as their string representation.

Other classes have no meaningful textual representation that a program will care about. Such classes will typically override toString to provide useful information when inspecting the object, mainly for debugging or logging.

Implementation

String toString() {
    String s = this.e8s.toRadixString(10);
    while (s.length < IcpTokens.DECIMAL_PLACES + 1) { s = '0$s'; }
    int split_i = s.length - IcpTokens.DECIMAL_PLACES;
    s = '${s.substring(0, split_i)}.${s.substring(split_i)}';
    while (s[s.length - 1] == '0' && s[s.length - 2] != '.') { s = s.substring(0, s.length - 1); }
    return s;
}
