Huawei AdsPrime Kit Flutter Plugin

This plugin enables communication between Huawei AdsPrime SDK and Flutter platform. Huawei AdsPrime Kit Plugin for Flutter provides the following 2 services:

• Publisher Service: Huawei AdsPrime Publisher Service utilizes Huawei's vast user base and extensive data capabilities to deliver targeted, high quality ad content to users. With this service, your app will be able to generate revenues while bringing your users content which is relevant to them.
• Identifier Service: Huawei AdsPrime Kit provides the open advertising identifier (OAID) for advertisers to deliver personalized ads and attribute conversions.

AOSP 16 (Android 16) migration

This release adds com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID to the plugin AndroidManifest.xml so the merged host app can access the advertising ID where the platform allows it (required for ad personalization and attribution on Android 13+).

Your app must still comply with Google Play's Advertising ID policy and declare ad usafe in the Play Console where applicable. Users can limit ad tracking in system settings.
