void flushTaskOutput()

Writes what tasks printed while the TUI was up.

Logger.flush replays through Logger.info by default, which a non-verbose hook's Level.error silences -- so a failing task would abort with no explanation. Task output is the user's own, and always shows; hooksman's own messages stay governed by the log level.
