HintTourFactory class abstract

Factory for server-driven tours — HintTour from JSON.

HintTour.fromJson/toJson is the wire format {id, steps:[{targetId,title,position}], stepTimeoutMs}. No http dependency in hintful — bring your own fetcher (http, dio, HttpClient, package:http, etc.).
