ExerciseSessionSegment class

Equivalent of ExerciseSession.Segment from HealthConnectReporter https://github.com/kvs-coder/HealthConnectReporter

One segment of the session, e.g. a set of an exercise.

Supports map representation.

Has a ExerciseSessionSegment.fromJson constructor to create instances from JSON payload coming from Android native code.
