distribution property
Distribution is the channel fan-out this move triggered. Present ONLY on the move to published, the single edge that distributes — so its absence means no fan-out was attempted, never that one failed quietly. A fan-out that DID fail is present carrying its own honest status, because distribution never rolls the status change back.
Please note: This property should have been non-nullable! Since the specification file does not include a default value (using the "default:" property), however, the generated source code must fall back to having a nullable type. Consider adding a "default:" property in the specification file to hide this note.
