Explore is the share of judged events whose winning assertion came from the below-the-line sample. A blocked transaction never produces a chargeback, so a training set with no exploration in it is a description of the incumbent block list rather than of the world — and a champion measured on it is measured on whether it agrees with the incumbent.
Please note: This property should have been non-nullable! Since the specification file does not include a default value (using the "default:" property), however, the generated source code must fall back to having a nullable type. Consider adding a "default:" property in the specification file to hide this note.
