getDeployLoginWithHttpInfo method
Start the sign-in round trip for this console
Redirects the browser to IAM's authorize endpoint, having minted a nonce and a PKCE verifier into a short-lived, single-use flow cookie. The nonce comes back as state and is what proves the code belongs to the round trip THIS browser started; the verifier never appears in the address bar. Necessarily public — this is how a browser gets a principal for this host in the first place — and it grants nothing by itself. An optional returnTo names where to land afterwards and is run through the open-redirect guard, so only a same-host path survives. A deployment with no sign-in configured answers 503 rather than redirecting nowhere.
Note: This method returns the HTTP Response.
