tools property

List<String> tools
getter/setter pair

Tools are the tool names this agent may call, and the list IS the authority: an agent that declares none gets none. The single entry "*" means whatever the fleet's MCP server serves at the moment of the run, resolved per run rather than frozen here, which is how the default assistant reaches subsystems that shipped after it was defined. Empty array, never null.
