handleNotificationOpen method

Record a tap on a Grovs push notification, so the tap is counted and the notification's link is opened.

Call this only from a tap handler, and only when the native path is not wired. Never call it when a notification is delivered. On iOS, wiring both the native path and this call counts a tap twice.

Returns true when data belongs to Grovs and the tap was handled. Returns false when it does not, or while the SDK is disabled with setSDK.

Throws GrovsException if the operation fails.
