Graphist MeSH
Graphist implementation for MeSH data.
According to the official sources (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/mesh):
MeSH (Medical Subject Headings) is the NLM controlled vocabulary thesaurus used for indexing articles for PubMed.
Essentially this package can hel you visualize, search and interact with MeSH data in the form of a graph.

IMPORTANT: This package required a SQLite DB instance created by MeSH NT to SQLite tool.
