Creates a PerfSampleSeries.

May return any of the following error code(s): - ALREADY_EXISTS - PerfMetricSummary already exists for the given Step - NOT_FOUND - The containing Step does not exist

request - The metadata request object.

Request parameters:

projectId - The cloud project

historyId - A tool results history ID.

executionId - A tool results execution ID.

stepId - A tool results step ID.

$fields - Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial response.

Completes with a PerfSampleSeries.

Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.

If the used http.Client completes with an error when making a REST call, this method will complete with the same error.
