Updates a Google tag config.

request - The metadata request object.

Request parameters:

path - Google tag config's API relative path. Value must have pattern ^accounts/\[^/\]+/containers/\[^/\]+/workspaces/\[^/\]+/gtag_config/\[^/\]+$.

fingerprint - When provided, this fingerprint must match the fingerprint of the config in storage.

$fields - Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial response.

Completes with a GtagConfig.

Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.

If the used http.Client completes with an error when making a REST call, this method will complete with the same error.
