Reasoning effort level for model calls in the review pipeline.

Defaults to THINKING_LEVEL_MEDIUM when omitted or THINKING_LEVEL_UNSPECIFIED. Non-THINKING_LEVEL_MEDIUM thinking levels require gemini_api_key when calling CreateReview; otherwise CreateReview returns INVALID_ARGUMENT.

Optional. Possible string values are:

  • "THINKING_LEVEL_UNSPECIFIED" : Default unspecified thinking level. The server uses its default thinking level (THINKING_LEVEL_MEDIUM).
  • "THINKING_LEVEL_LOW" : Low reasoning effort for faster turnaround and lower token cost.
  • "THINKING_LEVEL_MEDIUM" : Balanced reasoning effort. Used by default and for all reviews created without a developer Bring-Your-Own-Key Gemini API key.
  • "THINKING_LEVEL_HIGH" : Maximum reasoning effort for deep mathematical, theoretical, and logical verification.
