Returns all of the details about the specified resize request.

Request parameters:

project - Project ID for this request. Value must have pattern (?:(?:\[-a-z0-9\]{1,63}\.)*(?:\[a-z\](?:\[-a-z0-9\]{0,61}\[a-z0-9\])?):)?(?:\[0-9\]{1,19}|(?:\[a-z0-9\](?:\[-a-z0-9\]{0,61}\[a-z0-9\])?)).

zone - Name of the href="/compute/docs/regions-zones/#available">zone scoping this request. Name should conform to RFC1035.

instanceGroupManager - The name of the managed instance group. Name should conform to RFC1035 or be a resource ID.

resizeRequest - The name of the resize request. Name should conform to RFC1035 or be a resource ID.

$fields - Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial response.

Completes with a InstanceGroupManagerResizeRequest.

Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.

If the used http.Client completes with an error when making a REST call, this method will complete with the same error.
