Updates the Capability.

- Immutable. Identifier. The resource name of the capability. Must
be in the following form: *

For example,

Value must have pattern ^folders/\[^/\]+/capabilities/\[^/\]+$

- Optional. The list of fields to update. Only
[Capability.value] can be updated.

response.
Completes with a Operation.
Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.
