Returns a signed URL for downloading deployed function source code.
The URL is only valid for a limited period and should be used within 30 minutes of generation. For more information about the signed URL usage see: https://cloud.google.com/storage/docs/access-control/signed-urls

Request parameters:
name
- Required. The name of function for which source code Google Cloud
Storage signed URL should be generated.
Value must have pattern
^projects/\[^/\]+/locations/\[^/\]+/functions/\[^/\]+$
.
$fields
- Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial
response.
Completes with a GenerateDownloadUrlResponse.
Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.
If the used http.Client
completes with an error when making a REST call,
this method will complete with the same error.
