Creates a new BuildTrigger.

request - The metadata request object.

Request parameters:

projectId - Required. ID of the project for which to configure automatic builds.

parent - The parent resource where this trigger will be created. Format: projects/{project}/locations/{location}

$fields - Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial response.

Completes with a BuildTrigger.

Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.

If the used http_1.Client completes with an error when making a REST call, this method will complete with the same error.
