Get status of a query submitted at host level.

If the query is still in progress, the state is set to "running" After the query has completed successfully, state is set to "completed"

Request parameters:

name - Required. Name of the security report to get. Must be of the form organizations/{org}/securityReports/{reportId}. Value must have pattern ^organizations/\[^/\]+/hostSecurityReports/\[^/\]+$.

$fields - Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial response.

Completes with a GoogleCloudApigeeV1SecurityReport.

Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.

If the used http.Client completes with an error when making a REST call, this method will complete with the same error.
