Lists account-user links for a given account.

Request parameters:

accountId - Account ID to retrieve the user links for.

maxResults - The maximum number of account-user links to include in this response.

startIndex - An index of the first account-user link to retrieve. Use this parameter as a pagination mechanism along with the max-results parameter.

$fields - Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial response.

Completes with a EntityUserLinks.

Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.

If the used http.Client completes with an error when making a REST call, this method will complete with the same error.
