Valid values: * agentregistry.googleapis.com/system/RuntimeIdentity: {"principal": "principal://..."} - the runtime identity associated with the MCP Server. * agentregistry.googleapis.com/system/RuntimeReference: {"uri": "//..."} - the URI of the underlying resource hosting the MCP Server, for example, the GKE Deployment.
