Creates a new certificate.
The certificate will be registered to the trawler service and will be encrypted using cloud KMS and stored in Spanner Returns the certificate.
request - The metadata request object.
Request parameters:
parent - Required. "projects/{project}/locations/{location}" format.
Value must have pattern
^projects/\[^/\]+/locations/\[^/\]+/products/\[^/\]+$.
$fields - Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial
response.
Completes with a GoogleCloudIntegrationsV1alphaCertificate.
Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.
If the used http.Client completes with an error when making a REST call,
this method will complete with the same error.
