Updates the specified firewall rule.
request - The metadata request object.
Request parameters:
appsId - Part of name. Name of the Firewall resource to update.
Example: apps/myapp/firewall/ingressRules/100.
ingressRulesId - Part of name. See documentation of appsId.
updateMask - Standard field mask for the set of fields to be updated.
$fields - Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial
response.
Completes with a FirewallRule.
Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.
If the used http.Client completes with an error when making a REST call,
this method will complete with the same error.
