patch method

Updates a ScanConfig.
This method support partial update of a ScanConfig.
request
- The metadata request object.
Request parameters:
name
- The resource name of the ScanConfig. The name follows the format
of 'projects/{projectId}/scanConfigs/{scanConfigId}'. The ScanConfig IDs
are generated by the system.
Value must have pattern ^projects/\[^/\]+/scanConfigs/\[^/\]+$
.
updateMask
- Required. The update mask applies to the resource. For the
FieldMask

https://developers.google.com/protocol-buffers/docs/reference/google.protobuf#fieldmask
$fields
- Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial
response.
Completes with a ScanConfig.
Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.
If the used http.Client
completes with an error when making a REST call,
this method will complete with the same error.
