patch method
Updates an existing topic by updating the fields specified in the update mask.
Note that certain properties of a topic are not modifiable.
request
- The metadata request object.
Request parameters:
name
- Required. The name of the topic. It must have the format
"projects/{project}/topics/{topic}"

must start with a letter,
and contain only letters ([A-Za-z]
), numbers ([0-9]
), dashes (-

underscores (_
), periods (.

). It must be between 3 and 255 characters in length, and it
must not start with "goog"

Value must have pattern ^projects/\[^/\]+/topics/\[^/\]+$

- Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial
response.
Completes with a Topic.
Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.
If the used http.Client
completes with an error when making a REST call,
this method will complete with the same error.
