Updates an existing Response Policy Rule.
request

the Response Policy Rule.

- User assigned name of the Response Policy Rule
addressed by this request.

identifier specified by the client. Must be unique for operation resources
in the Operations collection.

- Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial
response.
Completes with a ResponsePolicyRulesUpdateResponse.
Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.

completes with an error when making a REST call,
this method will complete with the same error.
