Future<Operation> create(Instance request, String parent, { String? instanceId, String? $fields, })

Creates a new Data Fusion instance in the specified project and location.

request - The metadata request object.

Request parameters:

parent - Required. The instance's project and location in the format projects/{project}/locations/{location}. Value must have pattern ^projects/\[^/\]+/locations/\[^/\]+$.

instanceId - Required. The name of the instance to create. Instance name can only contain lowercase alphanumeric characters and hyphens. It must start with a letter and must not end with a hyphen. It can have a maximum of 30 characters.

$fields - Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial response.

Completes with a Operation.

Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.

If the used http.Client completes with an error when making a REST call, this method will complete with the same error.
