approvePlanChange method

Approves an entitlement plan change that is in the EntitlementState.ENTITLEMENT_PENDING_PLAN_CHANGE_APPROVAL state.

This method is invoked by the provider to approve the plan change on the entitlement resource.

request - The metadata request object.

Request parameters:

name - Required. The resource name of the entitlement. Value must have pattern ^providers/\[^/\]+/entitlements/\[^/\]+$.

$fields - Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial response.

Completes with a Empty.

Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.

If the used http.Client completes with an error when making a REST call, this method will complete with the same error.
