Creates a specified spec.
request
- The metadata request object.
Request parameters:
parent
- Required. The parent, which owns this collection of specs.
Format: projects / * /locations / * /apis / * /versions / *
Value must have pattern
^projects/\[^/\]+/locations/\[^/\]+/apis/\[^/\]+/versions/\[^/\]+$

apiSpecId
- Required. The ID to use for the spec, which will become the
final component of the spec's resource name. This value should be 4-63
characters, and valid characters are /a-z-/. Following AIP-162, IDs must
not have the form of a UUID.
$fields
- Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial
response.
Completes with a ApiSpec.
Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.
If the used http.Client
completes with an error when making a REST call,
this method will complete with the same error.
