Creates a keystore or truststore.
- Keystore: Contains certificates and their associated keys. - Truststore: Contains trusted certificates used to validate a server's certificate. These certificates are typically self-signed certificates or certificates that are not signed by a trusted CA.

- Required. Name of the environment in which to create the
keystore. Use the following format in your request:
organizations/{org}/environments/{env}
Value must have pattern ^organizations/\[^/\]+/environments/\[^/\]+$

name
- Optional. Name of the keystore. Overrides the value in Keystore.
$fields
- Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial
response.
Completes with a GoogleCloudApigeeV1Keystore.
Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.
If the used http.Client
completes with an error when making a REST call,
this method will complete with the same error.
