Updates a contact.

Note: A contact's email address cannot be changed.

request - The metadata request object.

Request parameters:

name - Output only. The identifier for the contact. Format: {resource_type}/{resource_id}/contacts/{contact_id} Value must have pattern ^folders/\[^/\]+/contacts/\[^/\]+$.

updateMask - Optional. The update mask applied to the resource. For the FieldMask definition, see https://developers.google.com/protocol-buffers/docs/reference/google.protobuf#fieldmask

$fields - Selector specifying which fields to include in a partial response.

Completes with a GoogleCloudEssentialcontactsV1Contact.

Completes with a commons.ApiRequestError if the API endpoint returned an error.

If the used http.Client completes with an error when making a REST call, this method will complete with the same error.
