Deletes the specified SSL policy. The SSL policy resource can be deleted only if it is not in use by any TargetHttpsProxy or TargetSslProxy resources.

Throws a http.ClientException if there were problems communicating with the API service. Throws a ServiceException if the API method failed for any reason.
