deployIndex method

@override Future<Operation<DeployIndexResponse, DeployIndexOperationMetadata>> deployIndex(DeployIndexRequest request)

Deploys an Index into this IndexEndpoint, creating a DeployedIndex within it. Only non-empty Indexes can be deployed.

Throws a http.ClientException if there were problems communicating with the API service. Throws a ServiceException if the API method failed for any reason.

Returns an Operation representing the status of the long-running operation.

When complete, Operation.done will be true. If successful, Operation.responseAsMessage will contain the operation's result.
