fetchPublicKey method

Future<void> fetchPublicKey()

Performs the device-keypair handshake (consent-encryption-implementation.md, "Confirmed real contract") if no session is cached yet. _encryptedPost also self-heals this lazily, so calling it explicitly first only affects log ordering.
