ListNotifier class

A notifier that combines single and group listener capabilities.

This class extends ChangeNotifier and provides both single listener functionality (via ListNotifierSingleMixin) and group listener functionality (via ListNotifierGroupMixin). It's the base notifier used by GetX controllers.
