DisposeGuard mixin

Mixin for Get objects with a dispose method.

Ref will automatically free associated resources when its associated HookWidget is no longer in use, so the dispose() method of a ValueNotifier or AnimationController is unnecessary.

The DisposeGuard.dispose method throws an error.
