RawActionFn<Input, Output, Chunk, Init> = Future<Output> Function(Input? input, ActionFnArg<Chunk, Input, Init> context)

The low-level implementation function stored by Action.

The input is nullable because Action also backs bidirectional actions (which receive their input via context.inputStream) and actions whose input is optional. Typed subclasses such as Model, Embedder, Evaluator, Flow and Tool take a non-null ActionFn (or BidiActionFn) instead and reject a null input before it reaches your code.
