The percent-decoded request path relative to where the handler is mounted, starting with / (e.g. /myFlow for a router mounted at /api receiving /api/myFlow).

Decoded because routes are keyed by action name: a client may send /googleai%2Fgemini-flash-latest for the googleai/gemini-flash-latest route. Adapters decode (and answer 404 for an invalid escape).
