MapMovedCallback typedef

MapMovedCallback = void Function(MapMovedEvent event)

How the provider widgets report a raw camera event to GenericMap, and how GenericMap reports the debounced one on to the host.

The provider builds the MapMovedEvent: it is the only layer that knows what the camera did and what caused it. Google Maps has the source reconstructed from the camera calls generic_map made (see MapMoveAttribution).
