List<GlassProxyFrame?> get upper

The proxies of glass that stands on glass, by level: upper[0] is what the surfaces one glass deep sample, and so on up.

A level apart from frame rather than more slots in it, because what a level captures contains the level below it drawn — the lens over a tab bar has to see the bar's glass and its icons — so it can only be recorded once the level below has been published. See GlassHost for the walk.
