How many times the atlas layout has been repacked.

Set from GlassProxyPipeline.repacks for the same reason snapshots is: without it, the one thing a retained layout is for would be unobservable from outside. Repacking every frame is the dominant cost of the whole route, and the ratio to generation is the reading — 1.0 means nothing is retained.
