CloudCredentials class final

A user signed in to the cloud (L7 freedome_server, 02h): its JWT is exchanged at POST /auth/token-exchange for a local session on linked installations (02e §3.6). token is asked again when the local session cannot be refreshed (feed it from FreedomeAccountClient).
