String const scenarioRunDriftFile

What a run writes beside scenarioRunReportFile when it had a run before it to compare against: ScenarioRunDrift, whole.

Its own file rather than a key in the report, because the report is a record of one run and which run came before it is not a fact about that run — a copy of it taken elsewhere would carry a baseline that means nothing there. Its own file also because the drift a caller is handed back is capped and this is not: the full list of what moved is the thing an agent chasing a regression actually wants, and truncating names while keeping counts is the wrong end to cut.
