The declared folders this run left out, each with why.
A run that names no package runs the fake-time folders only. A real-time one runs against somebody's backend — an account made, an email sent — so it runs when it is named, as it does in the studio, and a project's "run every scenario" command does not start needing a stack the day a live folder is declared beside the others. Said rather than silent, so a green answer is not read as the live folder passing.
