log property
The harness process's console, whole, on disk — engine noise, and
anything printed outside a test zone. Not where a scenario's own prints
or exceptions go: those ride the steps' events and the outcome's
errors. This file is for the failure mode nothing structured has a
slot for yet. One file per harness process, truncated when it starts.
