What the widget says about itself — its own diagnostics, filtered.
Padding reports padding: EdgeInsets.all(8.0); Text reports its
alignment and overflow. In declaration order, values as the framework
describes them, filtered to DiagnosticLevel.info and capped in the
walk (see guest_inspect.dart) — the JSON is read by agents as well as
the detail pane, and a TextStyle dump nobody asked for is most of a
node's bytes. Empty for the VM-service path (run), which cannot read
widgets — the same gap as layout.
