elidedChildren property
How many children a depth cut removed, when one did.
Zero everywhere in an unfiltered tree. It exists so a bounded read cannot
be misread as a complete one: without it a node cut at the depth limit is
indistinguishable from a leaf, and "this Row has no children" is a wrong
answer rather than a short one. See InspectFilter.maxDepth.
