Translations class
Translations — which key is on which screen, and a picture of it.
Two halves that have to agree on a name. In the app, a test hands
indexTranslations('app') to whatever the catalog funnels its reads
through; here, a catalog called app says where that catalog's files
live. Neither half can produce an export alone — the run knows where a key
appeared, only the files know which keys exist and what each locale says —
which is why the files are declared rather than discovered. Guessing at a
translations directory would be a claim about a project's layout that only
the project can make.
